At Chelle The Label, we want you to love your Ritualwear™.

  • Products are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition (tags attached, no stains, odors, or damage).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging & tags attached
  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Not a final sale item
  • No returns on underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware
  • Hygiene label must be attached and undamaged

Chelle The Label reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer, and shipping fees will be applied.

Products purchased via Chelle The Label are eligible for exchange or store credit for up to 30 days following the delivery date.

  • Not a final sale item (underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware are final sale).
  • The hygiene label must be intact.

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer, and shipping fees may be charged.

Exchanges:

We offer size or product exchanges of equal value.

Store Credit:

If you prefer, we’ll issue store credit to be used on future purchases at ChelleTheLabel.com.

How to Start a Return:

Until our Loop portal is live, please email us directly at chelle@chellethelabel.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps.
